I first met Ned when he was just 5 weeks old ……
……. so how delighted was I when he came back to see me for his first birthday!

This lovely couple welcomed me into their home – which I hasten to add I fell in love with straight away and you would never have known that they had only moved in a few short months earlier!

Because blink and you miss it!! I don’t know about you, but I honesty can not believe how quickly life is passing me by – my youngest baby boy Finn turns three today, where has that time gone. Memories? yes lots of them – Photographs? not so many. Sounds crazy right? a photographer with not so many pictures of her youngest son. I think I’m pretty typical though of most parents with more than one child – your eldest has more photos than you know what to do with, the second child comes along and you just don’t give them the same amount of attention – WHY?? because you just can’t, you are juggling – juggling the needs of a newborn, a toddler, a pre-schooler and on it goes – you are negotiating your way through tantrums, food preferences, sleepers and non sleepers and when they are little angels you just want to sit with them, do a jigsaw, read a book.
Note to self: make time to photograph your family!
Note to you: make time to photograph your family – or get someone to photograph them for you. Your precious newborn baby, doesn’t stay newborn for long. Your little boy’s first birthday, it only happens once, Your little girl is becoming a big sister – beautiful WONDERFUL milestones, lets get them captured!

Newborn babies – I just can’t get enough!. Meet Francesca my youngest client so far and WOW what a great session! Armed with nothing more than a few new ideas off we went and one by one we got some great shots – here are just a few of them to share with you. Now this is why I love what I do!

I had a ball when Joanna and her perfect little bump came to see me a few weeks ago. You will have already seen a couple of pictures from her shoot, but I wanted to share a few more! Half way through her husband came to join us and my word….the way he looks at her, that’s why I love what I do. I hope I created some lovely memories for you guys and can’t wait to hear news of the little one’s arrival, who by the way said hi by pushing a foot up through Joanna’s tummy half way through– it was such a magical moment and better still caught on camera!
What is it about feet? I mean, they are pretty un-attractive……unless they belong to a newbie of course! Then they are kind of cute? all curled up and sort of squidgy! Yep – they do it for me! Ohhh and if you capture some of those cute little rolls ….. you know the ones at the tops of the legs, that are cute when you are a baby (but not so cute when you are in your 30’s!)
